Family Circle and Nascar are “cooking up a new syndicated reality TV show for fall” says a recent Brandweek article.  The show, Nascar:  Serving It Up, will be a cooking competition among aspiring chefs and will feature Family Circle family recipes at Nascar events.  The partnership will also include “editorial in the magazine and other promotional opportunities with Nascar.”  The program is the latest project for Meredith as it expands its magazine brands to other media, “including TV specials and syndicated programming such as Better, a one-hour daytime syndicated program.”
