I have two babies under two, the 1st I left at daycare at 6 weeks, the second I have been home with now and he is 7 months. I returned to work after my 6 week leave only to receive a lay-off 3 days later. As a new mom twice, there is a whole new level of confidence that needs to be acheived in the transition. Just driving with kids in the car is scary the first time, nursing in a public place, and allowing grandparents the first overnight. Not to mention the "returning to work concerns" finding a secure appropriate care provider, affording the care, setting a nursing schedule, organizing meals for the family, etc. Good job! Hurray!
